If the number of civil servants currently working to develop the proposed Independence Prospectus has changed or remains one Senior Civil Servant and twenty-three other officials. Also, the grade pay of each staff member.

At 29 August 2023, staff in the Constitutional Futures Division, the business area of the Scottish Government responsible for coordination of the Building a New Scotland prospectus series, consisted of:
