The total cost of repairs to Low Emission Zone (LEZ) signage, road markings and fixed enforcement infrastructure on the Motorway Network in and around Glasgow city centre from August 1st 2022 to August 1st 2023.

The answer to your question is that there were no incurred expenses to Transport Scotland in relation to repairs of signage, road markings or fixed enforcement infrastructure regarding the Glasgow’s LEZ from August 1st 2022 to August 1st 2023.
