At COP27 then First Minister Nicola Sturgeon announced that Scotland would pay £5M of reparations to developing countries at the United Nations climate conference. As of 5th July 2023, how much had the Scottish Government spent on the reparations as announced by First Minister Nicola Sturgeon? Please provide a list of how this figure is achieved ie an itemised list of all payments and who each payment was made to.

The answer to your question is none of this funding has yet been distributed. Officials continue to engage with stakeholders to deliver a participatory, co-designed programme that fully meets the needs of the communities that it seeks to serves and will release a proactive update in due course.
