Is it possible to see all the documentation regarding working groups that is listed on Zero Waste Scotland's website, it shows the retail working groups but not the others.
Working groups looked at the following topics:
Formation of a Scheme administrator Finance Procurement Producer obligations Retailer obligations Data and ICT Logistics

On reviewing materials within scope of your request, exceptions have been applied in line with the EIRs. The exceptions applied can be found in Annex A.
To note, the working groups outlined in your request were established by Zero Waste Scotland. The groups consisted of appropriate AIG members, were industry led and had a split of strategic, technical and sector expertise represented.
