Scottish Government Invitation to Tender – Framework for the Provision of Interim Professional Staff Services /Reference SP-22-001
We wish to make the following freedom of information request under the above Act in respect of the above tender: 1. Whether, after the submission deadline for the Tender, there was any communication with any of the tenderers with requests (whether formal or informal) to provided further information or clarification in respect of the tender questions.
2. If the answer to 1 above is yes, to which tenderers were requests made and what the requests were.
3. If the answer to 1 above is yes, what information was provided by the tenderers.
4. If the answer to 1 above is yes, following receipt of the information or clarification from the tenderers, whether the tenderers scores were influenced or changed as a result of the information supplied.
5. If the answer to 4 above is yes, details of the change in the scores.

There were no clarifications with any tenderers after the submission deadline for the Interim Professional Staff Services tender process.
