All internal and external correspondence within and sent or received by the Scottish Government including attached documents, meeting handouts, memos, briefings to ministers, attendee lists, location of meeting, notes, minutes, or OneNote memos, linked to the following meeting: Keith Brown's meeting with Police Scotland and others on August 31, 2022.

I attach a copy of some of the information you have requested, as set out in the attached Schedule of Documents. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because of FOISA exemptions. These exemptions are as follows:

Section 30(b)(i) (free and frank provision of advice) Section 30(c) – substantial prejudice to the effective conduct of public affairs [in relation to communications/meetings with external stakeholders] Section 38(1)(b) (personal information)
