Payments made under EU Common Agricultural Policy: EIR release
Information requested
A list of all payments made under Scotland’s EU Common Agricultural Policy in 2022 and the first few months of 2023. For each entry please provide the name of the estate/recipient and the amount awarded. The payment information requested relates to all payments made in the calendar year regardless of application year.
Response
The requested data is attached in Excel format, listing payments made per business between 1 January 2022 and 31 January 2023. In line with EU Regulation 1306/2013 Article 112, beneficiaries receiving less than €1,250 have had their business name removed. The ECB exchange rate for January 2023 of 0.88549 £/€ was used for this purpose. About FOI
