The answer to your question is:
a) Breakdown as part of Lost Forest Project – at the time the payments were made it was a limited liability company solely owned by BrewDog PLC.

*These payments were made against two Forestry Grant Scheme Woodland Creation contracts, for the creation, protection (fencing) and maintenance of new woodland.
