Gender pay gap reporting requirements for the Scottish Government and its executive agencies including Transport Scotland are covered by The Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties) (Scotland) Regulations 2012 (as amended). This can be found in Equality Outcomes and Mainstreaming Report last published March 2021.
