Response

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the costs of locating, retrieving and providing the information requested would exceed the upper cost limit of £600. The reason for this is that in order to locate and retrieve that information, we would need to conduct a search of all records held by the Scottish Government.

However, as your ask falls within the responsibility of the Directorate for Equality, Inclusion and Human Rights, we have been able to gather information that falls within the scope of the cost cap. I enclose information on money given via the Equality and Human Rights Fund to the organisations within the timescale you have highlighted in your request. Further information on the Equality and Human Rights Fund can be view at LGBTQI+ funding and partners - LGBTQI+ - gov.scot.

The Scottish Government also publishes details of payments over £25,000 on a monthly basis. This information is available at Government spend over £25,000: monthly reports - gov.scot.
