Request for information 1:
We classify all agency staff as interim workers. For the 12 month period November 2024 to October 2025, we have spent £7.072m amount on interim workers. We interpret ‘permanent agency spend’ as situations where we engage a recruitment agency to run an external campaign on our behalf. We have not engaged with any recruitment agency to recruit permanent staff in the last 12 months.
