Information requested

In a previous FOI response (ref 202200280151) regarding Bute House visits, it was confirmed that Gordon and Halliday Carpet workers entered Bute House on the 12th January 2021. The reason stated 'Carpet Fitting'. Please provide the following information:

All recorded correspondence between the Scottish Government and Gordon and Halliday regarding the visit made on 12th January. The cost to the Scottish Government for the work carried out by Gordon and Halliday in Bute House. The reason for the visit given it was during lock down and non essential journeys were ruled out at the time.

Response

Bute House signing in records indicate that Gordon & Halliday flooring contractors attended Bute House on the 12th January between 8am and 8:10am. Work previously carried out by Gordon & Halliday took place on the 16th December 2020 and costs associated with that are detailed in FOI 202200284935. No further subsequent work has been carried out by Gordon & Halliday.
