I enclose all of the information you requested. The answer to your question is:
(i)Total costs incurred by the Scottish Ministers in relation to litigation arising as a result of the cases referred to in the request: £2,095,088.24.
Breakdown:
litigation involving tenant farmers: £1,033,302.75; and litigation involving landlords: £1,061,785.49.
(ii)Total costs incurred by the Scottish Ministers in relation to the Scottish Government funded independent mediation offered to landlords and tenants affected by the decision of the Supreme Court in the case of Salvesen v Riddell: £92,981.52.
