Response

The Scottish Government does not have the information you have asked for because the Scottish Government takes an outcome-based approach to performance as set out in the National Performance Framework. Progress against these outcomes is therefore measured through indicators. Outcomes and measures of success related to crime were recently updated in A Vision for Justice in Scotland. The Vision including the outcomes has been endorsed by the National Justice Board. About FOI

The Scottish Government is committed to publishing all information released in response to Freedom of Information requests. View all FOI responses at http://www.gov.scot/foi-responses.
