St Andrew's house electricity costs: FOI release
Information requested
Why the lighting in St Andrew's House was on at 21:00 during the week and to determine the cost of electricity at St Andrew's House over the last three years.

In St Andrew’s House there are a number of building management actions taking place each evening, including building cleaning, maintenance and security measures which would account for the building being lit up. At the time of your request, cleaners were operating in the building until 22:00 Monday to Friday. St Andrew’s House is also equipped with sensor controlled lighting which will only come on if there is someone moving around in the area and will automatically switch off when no motion is detected. The cost of electricity for St Andrew’s House was £428,162 from January 2019 – December 2021, a breakdown of costs is shown below:
