*Accounts for 2020/21 are due to be published within 12 weeks of the original request so are exempt under section 27(1) of FOISA. **Spend to end of September 2021 for financial year 2021/22 is taken from budget monitoring records held by the Scottish Government and therefore provides a ‘point in time’ figure. Accounts for 2021/22 are not yet published and will be subject to audit. Total costs incurred by SDS for 2020-2021 may vary as and when accounts are published. The table attached details all engagement between Skills Development Scotland board members and Scottish Government Ministers and Cabinet Secretaries from 2014 to the present day. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption under section 27(1) (Informationintended for future publication) of FOISA applies to that information.
