Information requested

Information on any discussion or analysis conducted by the Scottish Government on the costs of, or use of its welfare powers under the Scotland Act 2016 to increase Universal Credit in Scotland the light of the end of the temporary £20 a week uplift to Universal Credit by the UK Government in October 2021.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption(s) under section s.38(1)(b) (personal information), s.27(1) (information for future publication), s.30(b)(i &ii)( free and frank exchange of views as well as free and frank provision of advice) of FOISA applies to that information.
