Information requested

Following your FoI received on 7 July 2021 for information regarding LEADER funding of the CEVIC Building you asked for additional information on the investment by Scottish Rural Development Programme (SRDP) under the Rural Development Contract: Rural Priorities (RDC:RP): A. A copy of the original Grant Application (and any subsequent amendments agreed); B. A copy of the Grant Criteria which applies to Grant Application in (a) above; C. Copies of all formal correspondence exchanged between Leader/SDRP East Ayrshire Council and/or Catrine Community Trust from 8 July 2019 through to 2 July 2021. D. Copies of all the December 2019 "project completion records" referred to by Anne Marie Steele

A. Attached is a copy of the information you requested. All applications to the Scottish Rural Development Programme (SRDP) under the Rural Development Contract; Rural Priorities were on-line; there were no paper applications. The attached screen prints are of the assessment screens which give the application details. A copy of the final contract is also attached. B. However, the information was released by South Ayrshire Council on 2 September 2021.
