Information requested

All information on prosecutions taken against any owner or tenant of domestic accommodation in Glasgow in the last 10 years who has been deemed to be breaching the terms of the Clean Air Act 1993 by burning fuel which does not comply with the legislation. This should include the outcome of each case.

The latest available information from our criminal proceedings database is to 2019-20 and, for the period 2010-11 to 2019-20, it shows no people were prosecuted in Glasgow for offences under the Clean Air Act 1993 relating to burning of non-compliant fuel in a domestic setting.
