Civil service reasonable adjustments: FOI release
Information requested
In Civil Service recruitment, can you confirm if you offer pre-recorded interviews as a reasonable adjustment. These can be also known as asynchronous interview.
Response
Social Security Scotland are currently using pre-recorded interviews for the new volume campaign to hire 2000 people and are the first part of the Scottish Government to do so.
We have access to the right technology to offer this as an adjustment if requested.
