Any email/whatsapp communications or meetings between Kenny MacAskill MP and Neale Hanvey MP and Scottish Government Ministers from Feburary 27th 2021 to March 28th 2021.
Response
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have most of the information you have requested.
This is because no meetings took place between Scottish Government Ministers and Kenny MacAskill MP nor Neale Hanvey MP between February 27th 2021 to March 28th 2021.
Correspondence was found between Scottish Government Minister, Ms Haughey and Mr MacAskill and I attach this with my response. I have applied Section 38 8(1)(b)) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) all relating to personal information. Information is exempt from disclosure if it is: the personal data of a third party.
Section 38(1)(b) is subject to the public interest test. On consideration we have decided that the public interest in withholding the personal data outweighs the public interest in disclosing it.
