Shettleston Housing Association grants: FOI release
Information requested
Information on Shettleston Housing Association - how much money was given to the TSB bank in Shettleston Road for them to build a new bank, all grants they have received in the past 25 years and how these grants were distributed.

I attach a copy of some of the information you requested. This is in the form of three client breakdown reports from 1 April 1999 to date by project. One report details spend, one report details approvals and one report details spend in relation to regeneration. Part of the information you have requested is available from published information at Affordable Housing Supply Programme: completions - gov.scot (www.gov.scot). This link contains lists of projects funded from the Affordable Housing Supply Programme since 2016. Out-turn reports from 2008/09 are also published online - More homes: Affordable Housing Supply Programme - gov.scot (www.gov.scot). These reports list the grants given from the Affordable Housing Supply Programme and information on grants given to Shettleston Housing Association will be listed within these reports. Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you. However, if you do not have internet access to obtain this information from the websites listed, then please contact me again and I will send you a paper copy. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. The reasons why we don't have the information are explained below. In relation to your question regarding TSB Bank, we received clarification from yourself stating that Shettleston Housing paid the trustee savings bank money to build houses on their site, and that you wanted to know how much. Based on the information you supplied, we have checked our records and are unable to identify which project this refers to.
