Information requested
From 1 October 2020 to present: 1. A list of all meetings that Michael Russell has conducted with foreign officials. Including details of the date of the meeting and who was present at the metting. 2. Copies of the minutes from all the above meetings.

Information detailing all Ministerial engagements with attendee lists are regularly published on the Scottish Government website details and can be found here: Ministerial engagements, travel and gifts - gov.scot (www.gov.scot) The information you have requested regarding minutes is enclosed with this letter and at Annex A and A(i) of this letter. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, exemptions under Section 25(1), Sections 30(b)(1)(2)(c), Section 32(1)(a)(i) and (ii) section 38(1)(b) apply to some of the information requested.
