Copies of all emails to Housing Minister Kevin Stewart from Landlords. Please could I request the following under the freedom of information legislation. From 1 November 2020 to present: (the date of the request 7 January 2021) Copies of all emails to Housing Minister Kevin Stewart from landlords. I would be looking for any type of landlord, be that social or private. On your second question, if it can narrow the scope it would be particularly looking for landlords getting in touch about the effects of coronavirus on their properties/leases/tenants/livelihoods etc.

An exemption under section(section 38(1)(b) of FOISA (personal information) applies to some of the information requested because it is personal data of a third party, i.e. the names/contact details of individuals, and disclosing it would contravene the data protection principles in Article 5(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation and in section 34(1) of the Data Protection Act 2018.
