Funding for UK Cetacean Strandings Investigation Programme (CSIP): EIR release

The figures for annual funding given by the Scottish Government to the UK Cetacean Strandings Investigation Programme (CSIP) from 2010 – 2020 inclusive.
Response
Please find the funding figures for the financial years from 2011 - 2020 (inclusive). The additional payment in 2020 is due to a contract extension to cover the tender period for the next UK CSIP contract. Please note these figures do not include VAT:
2011/2012 - £76,000 2012/2013 - £70,000 2013/2014- £70,000 2014/2015- £70,000 2015/2016 - £70,000 2016/2017 - £85,000 2017/2018- £85,000 2018/2019- £85,000 2019/2020- £85,000 October 2020 - £42,500
We have carried out extensive checks, but unfortunately we are unable to find records of payments made in 2010.
