National Ugly Mugs (NUM) meeting information: FOI release
Information requested
Please provide a list of all meeting National Ugly Mugs (NUM) has had with the Scottish Government, including Ministers, since 2020.
Please also provide minutes from these minutes including who attended.
Response
As part of the Scottish Government’s work to improve support for those with experience of prostitution, officials met National Ugly Mugs in 2023.
In addition, when the Minister for Victims & Community Safety and officials met with Scotland for Decrim on the 10th of September 2025, regarding the member’s bill on prostitution, National Ugly Mugs were also present at the meeting. A copy of the meeting minute has been previously released, and can be viewed here.
