Compensation figures concerning ScotRail Delay Repay Scheme: FOI release
Information requested
May I ask if the number of repay claims is how many claims made overall or how many claims were paid?
May I also ask if you could help with completing some of the data from 2018-19, period 8-13, that I have found gaps in please (table below)?

Firstly, I can confirm that the figure under the "number of repay claims" heading is indeed the total number of claims made, not only those that were paid. In regards to the incomplete section of your table, I have attached a table of the entire year below which will allow you to complete the table you have collated.
