Scottish Government correspondence concerning 'universities growth strategy': FOI release
Information requested
Please provide copies of all communications, briefings, or reports, sent or received by members of the Scottish Government or the Civil Service, including their offices and Special Advisors, since 25th May 2018 and mentioning “universities growth strategy”.

I enclose a copy of the information you requested in the attached Annex A & Annex B. The response is on behalf of the Scottish Government but for the wider Civil Service you will need to contact the UK Government or the appropriate body to request this information.
An exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA (personal information) applies to some of the information requested because it is personal data of a third party, i.e. names, contact details, and other identifiable information, and disclosing it would contravene the data protection principles in Article 5(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation and in section 34(1) of the Data Protection Act 2018.
