Response

I apologise for the delay in getting this response to you. I enclose a copy of most of the information you requested covering the period 16 May 2025 to 30 September 2025. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested due to exemptions under the following sections:

21 of FOISA (information already reasonably accessible and in the public domain). This exemption applies to part of your request as a previous Freedom of Information request covering the period 1 January 2025 to 15 May 2025 containing recommendations, reports, briefings and advice to Ministers on the Digital Front Door app policy (now the MyCare app) is already published and can be accessed at: Digital Front Door application information: FOI release - gov.scot

27(1) of FOISA applies because it allows a Scottish public authority to refuse disclosure of information if the authority plans to publish the information within 12 weeks of the FOI request and It is reasonable to delay disclosure until the planned publication date.

29(1)(a) of FOISA (information relating to the formulation/development of government policy). This exemption applies because disclosure of information relates to the formulation or development of government policy.

30(b) of FOISA (free and frank provision of advice or exchange of view). This exemption applies because disclosure would be likely to inhibit substantially the free and frank provision of advice, as well as the free and frank exchange of views for the purposes of deliberation.

38(1)(b) of FOISA (the personal information) applies to some of the information requested. This exemption applies because disclosure would contravene data protection principles.
