Telephony System 1. What is your current telephony system? Mitel MiVB 2. How many users of the telephony system? Approximately 250, however there are seasonal fluctuations. 3. When is the contract up for renewal? Renewed annually, next renewal date 1st November 2020. 4. If it isn't a VoIP system, will that be a consideration for the next contract cycle? It is a VoIP system,all considerations need to be in conjunction with our Scottish Government colleagues. 5. The email address of the primary contact for this contract? mike.chalmers@gov.scot 6. Current annual spend? Annual Support costs £7,317.60 per year. Mobile phone contracts 1. Who is your current mobile phone provider? Vodafone 2. How many mobile connections? 26 3. When is the contract up for renewal? 16 March 2022 4. How long do you contract for (24 or 36 months)? 24 months 5. The email address of the primary contact for this contract? Procured through SCOTS Scottish Government Suppliers. However SAAS contact is mike.chalmers@gov.scot 6. Current annual spend? £3,719.28. Crown Commercial Services frameworks Q. Do you procure through the Networks Services 2 framework? (RM3808 previously RM1045) Do you procure through the G-Cloud framework? A. Yes we procure through the Networks Services 2 framework. The G-Cloud framework is available to us, however we currently have no contracts under this.
