I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested. The provided data are catches which correspond to individual rivers (where exceptions do not apply). There may be other areas where no exceptions apply but where catches can only be assigned to more than one river. If you are interested in this data please contact us. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exception under regulations 11(2) (Personal data relating to a third party) and 10(4)(a) (Information not held) of the EIRs applies to that information. The reasons why the exceptions apply are explained in the Annex to this letter.
