Total value of commercial fishing landings in Hoy and Longhope: EIR release
Information requested
The total value of commercial fishing landings in the last 12 months in Longhope.
You then revised your request in your email of 12 May 2026 to ask to “include the landings in Hoy, as well as Longhope”.
Response
The answer to your question is that in 2025, 79 tonnes of fish and shellfish worth £222,426 was recorded as landing into Hoy. This includes landings into Longhope as all landings into Longhope are recorded on our system using Hoy as the landing port.
