Is the Scottish Taxpayer still paying the salary of disgraced MSP Derek Mackay, is he still on the payroll?

Response

Derek Mackay resigned as a Cabinet Secretary on Wednesday 5th February 2020. Therefore, the Scottish Government no longer pay Mr Mackay a Ministerial salary. However, Derek Mackay is still an elected MSP.
