The full conditions of funding to SafeLives to support the implementation of the Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Act 2018.
Please also supply me with the total amount of funding provided by the Scottish Government to SafeLives for supporting the implementation of the new act.
Please supply me with the conditions of funding, which stipulate the exact criteria that is required from SafeLives for the funding budgeted for the implementation of the new Domestic Abuse Scotland Act 2018 to actually achieve the objective in real terms.
Please also state what professional standards and quality assurance reporting is required to comply with the conditions of funding, this is to ensure the you are provided VfM whilst not cutting back on Quality.

The total amount of funding provided by the Scottish Government to SafeLives for the funding budgeted for the implementation of the new Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Act 2018 was £10,000 exclusive of VAT.
The full conditions, criteria, professional standards and quality assurance reporting are included in the attached document.
In relation to your request for information on professional standards and quality assurance, the Scottish Public Finance Manual (SPFM) is issued by the Scottish Ministers to provide guidance to the Scottish Government (SG) and other relevant bodies on the proper handling and reporting of public funds. It sets out the relevant statutory, parliamentary and administrative requirements, emphasises the need for economy, efficiency and effectiveness, and promotes good practice and high standards of propriety.
