Information requested
You asked for the following:
1. Please list all frameworks which your authority has used to procure consultancy services in the last 3 years.
2. For each framework, please provide the total value of awards made during financial years 16/17, 17/18 & 18/19.
3. Please list all frameworks which have been used to procure consultancy services in the following sectors, and provide the total value of awards for each of the last 3 years:
Management Consultancy Services Roads & Transportation Consultancy Services Landscape & Environment Consultancy Services Flooding & Drainage Consultancy Services Architecture Consultancy Services Planning Consultancy Services Project and Cost Management Services

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested. The reasons why are explained in Annex A.
The remaining information you requested is attached at Annex B.
ANNEX A REASONS FOR NOT PROVIDING INFORMATION The Scottish Government does not have all the information requested.
The Scottish Government does not have the information regarding the total value of awards made for consultancy services in the last the three financial years in the format you requested. This is due to the way the Transport Scotland’s contract spend data was recorded for the financial years 2016/2017 and 2017/2018.
This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested.
The total spend data on consultancy services is provided at Annex B attached.
