Information requested

Copies of all funding applications the Scottish Government has received from Forth Valley Rape Crisis Centre since 2017; Copies of all performance reports from Forth Valley Rape Crisis Centre against the Scottish Government funding provided since 2017; and A copy of any conditions placed upon Forth Valley Rape Crisis Centre funding since 2017.

In response to this request, we sought clarification (which you provided) in terms of any particular funding streams this request referred to.

Response

The information that we are able to provide is attached. You will note that we have provided the relevant application form, grant letters and progress reports. Any conditions placed upon the Centre are contained within the grant letters.

Our aim is to provide information wherever possible. However, in this instance, some of the information you have requested is not held by the Scottish Government.

Specifically, we were unable to provide any of the aforementioned documents in connection with the funding the Centre may receive in connection with the national Rape Crisis advocacy project. This is because we fund the advocacy work centrally and Rape Crisis Scotland then distribute to individual centres.

Furthermore, some of the information is withheld under Section 38(10(b) of FOISA as it contains personal details about a third party.
