Could you please provide all information kept in any form, electronic, on paper, or any other form of recorded communication in the possession of Scottish Ministers, St Andrews House, Edinburgh EH1 3DG, or anyone on their behalf, in reference to the ownership of Dunbeath Castle in Caithness, from June, 1, 2024 to the current date?

I have provided most of the information that you requested. Whilst our aim is to provide information wherever possible, redactions have been made to correspondence, to remove personal information of officials and others.

s.38 (1) (b) (2A) (a)(Personal Information)

“Information is exempt information if it —

would contravene any of the data protection principles”

Redactions have also been made to the email from Registers of Scotland to Scottish Government regarding an item in the Times newspaper (23rd July 2024), as some of this information is out of scope of your request.
