A csv with the following information for all schools in Scotland
School name School Seed Code Latest inspection rating for all schools, regardless of how far back that goes. Just the rating for "Ensuring wellbeing, equality and inclusion".

1. School names and SEED codes:
You may find a list of all schools in Scotland (and their SEED code) online at: https://www2.gov.scot/Topics/Statistics/Browse/School-Education/Datasets/contactdetails. This list is provided by the Scottish Government. Section 25(1) of FOISA sets out that public bodies do not have to provide information that is otherwise accessible.
2. Latest inspection rating:
In your email of 21 August 2019, you clarified that you are seeking the latest rating for all schools on “Ensuring wellbeing, equality and inclusion". Quality Indicator (‘QI’) 3.1 of How Good Is Our School 4 (https://education.gov.scot/improvement/Documents/Frameworks_SelfEvaluation/FRWK2_NIHeditHGIOS/FRWK2_HGIOS4.pdf)
Attached is the list of schools which have been inspected using the QI 3.1 Ensuring wellbeing, equality and inclusion. The list is for all published inspection reports from August 2016 to 23 August 2019.
Inspection of educational establishments (early learning and childcare, primary, secondary and special schools) in Scotland is on a proportionate basis using a sampling based approach, not on an annual or cyclical basis. Public bodies are not required to provide information that is already publically available in terms of section 25(1) of FOISA. The names of all schools in Scotland, and their SEED code, is publically available online and a link to that information has been provided.
