Females in Scotland convicted of fraud and other financial crimes: FOI release
Information requested
You asked for:
1. Number of convicted prisoners, seeking an appeal against sentence or conviction, have been released from prison into the community, pending a decision on whether the appeal will be granted. (interim liberation pending an appeal) I should like this information broken down by: a) Gender b) offence c) length of sentence handed down
2. Number of women in Scotland convicted of fraud and other financial crime in the last 3 years, and the break down of sentence length and actual time served before release, including the numbers currently on remand or sentenced.
3. Number of women who have been sentenced to custodial sentences in the last 12 months who are mothers of school age children currently sentenced or on remand for fraud or other financial crimes and the length of sentence handed down, and the length of time served.
4. Number of women who have been sentenced to custodial sentences in the last 12 months who are mothers of school age children and are the prime carer, currently sentenced or on remand for fraud or other financial crimes and the length of sentence handed down, and the length of time served.
