May I please request copies of any correspondence sent or received in the past 6 months by Cabinet Secretary for Health Jeane Freeman to or from the below parties?

1) Callum Campbell, Chief Executive of NHS Lanarkshire

2) Representatives of ISS who provide facility services at Hairmyres Hospital

In particular, I seek copies of any correspondence relating to the payroll changes imposed by ISS UK at Hairmyres Hospital.

The answer to your request is:

1) Ms Freeman, Cabinet Secretary for Health and Sport has not written directly to Calum Campbell, Chief Executive of NHS Lanarkshire on the payroll changes imposed by ISS UK at University Hospital, Hairmyres nor has she received any correspondence from him on this issue in the last 6 months

2) Ms Freeman, Cabinet Secretary for Health and Sport received a letter from Chris Ash of ISS UK dated 5 April 2019, and sent a response to him dated 8 April, and a further letter to Matthew Brabin, CEO of ISS UK on 2 May 2019 on this issue in the last 6 months and these are attached as pdfs to this email. No response has been received, to date, from ISS UK by Ms Freeman to the letters dated 8 April or 2 May 2019.
