The answer to your question is that there were no prosecutions or convictions under these byelaws in Scottish courts up to 31 March 2023, the most recent date for which information is available. Data on people prosecuted and convicted in Scottish courts are published as the Scottish Government's Criminal Proceedings in Scotland statistics. The most recent publication is for 2022-23, and data for 2023-24 will be published next month (December 2025).
