A list of names to match people who are employed with Education Scotland plus their email addresses.

We do not disclose names and contact details of members of staff under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) section 38(1)(b). An exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA (personal information) applies to some of the information you have requested because it is personal data of a third party and disclosure would contravene the data protection principles in Article 5(1) of the GDPR and in section 34(1) of the Data Protection Act 2018 (the public authority shall not make that personal data available). Information on our Executive Team is available on our website. This is all of the information we are able to provide to you.
