1. The name and location of the manufacturer of the small saltires and other flags handed out to school children and other guests at the official opening of the Queensferry crossing.

2. Any other information relating to the procurement, manufacturing, supply, or delivery of the flags referred to under point 1), including the actual cost to Transport Scotland/The Scottish Government.

2. Information relating to the procurement, manufacturing, supply or delivery of the flags for the Opening Ceremony is enclosed. Under Section 38(1((b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA). I have redacted the personal details (names, e-mail addresses, job titles and phone numbers of all individuals) as being Personal Data relating to a third party.

The total cost to Transport Scotland / The Scottish Government relating to the procurement, manufacturing, supply, or delivery of the flags referred to under point 1 was £3,964.70.
