Monthly performance reports for APS providing Baby Boxes: FOI release

Schedule 4, section 2. of the contract with APS to provide Baby Boxes notes the supplier must provide a Monthly Performance Report.
A copy of the monthly performance report for each month since the full contract started in August 2017.
