Response

The information you have requested is included in the separately attached spreadsheets.

Please note –

For SMR 7 'Yes' in a 'Discrepancy Description' column indicates that the farmer has breached that particular requirement. A number of farmers have multiple breaches of the same SMR. For SMR 6 and SMR 8 multiple braches are indicated by the same 'Business reference' number appearing on multiple rows. For SMR 7 multiple breaches are indicated by 'Yes' in more than one of the 'Discrepancy Description' columns. For SMR 6 (Livestock Identification and Traceability – Pigs) no breaches were found in 2012 and 2013. This is indicated by a 'Nil' entry on the worksheet. The 2017 inspection year won't be complete until 30 June 2017 the last day for 2017 supports scheme payments to be made. The 2017 breach information contained in all three spreadsheets is correct as of 26 March 2018.
