Information requested
Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, and with reference to your response to FOI 202600507227, dated 09 MARCH 2026, (in which you stated that the access figures “relate to a computer network that can be accessed by people employed by nearly 50 different public sector organisations, not just the Scottish Government”), please provide:
A complete list of the names of all organisations (including any Scottish Government directorates or divisions) that had access to, or used, this shared computer network during the period 1 September 2025 to 28 February 2026.
If a precise list for that exact period is not held, please provide the most recent list of organisations connected to or authorised to use the shared network (e.g. via SWAN or the iTECS-managed infrastructure) and the approximate number of users or devices per organisation where this information is held.
Please provide the information in tabular form if possible.
