You asked whether further disaggregated information was available on the Criminal Proceedings dataset, particularly under the categories of 'other' and 'miscellaneous'and for the number of proceedings brought under the Communications Act 2003 in the last available year of data?

After correspondence to clarify what you required regarding 'other' and 'miscellaneous' categories, it was agreed that we would provide the following information:
Number of people prosecuted under 'threatening and abusive behaviour' crime group at charge code level i.e. legislation and section. Number of people prosecuted under the Communications Act 2003 – section 127 'Improper use of public electronic communications network' .
