Minuted meetings and the publication of ministerial engagements: FOI release

Has the Scottish Government become aware of the number of meetings that have not been accompanied by minutes, and if so what action has been taken to adhere to the rules on minuted meetings?
Response
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not hold the information you have requested. This is because we do not collate such information.
This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested.
You may wish to know the Scottish Government proactively publishes all ministerial engagements with information on the date, organisation/attendees and the subject of the engagement. Details can be found here: Ministerial publications
All staff are made aware of the protocols which are in place to ensure meetings are appropriately minuted where necessary.
