Social Security Scotland use Questback as a Citizen Engagement tool.
Request for information 3 and 4:
The spend on Questback is £13,900 per annum and the contract expires in July 2027. You should be aware that the contract for Questback is managed by the Scottish Government. The cost of use by Social Security Scotland is met by the Scottish Government.
