You asked:

How many of those who were found to have acted dishonestly and given a BRO, were referred to Police Scotland or to a judicial body in each year from 2012 until current? In addition, could we have the bankruptcy details, trust deeds, statutory debt payments programmes and BRO details where relevant for nine listed individuals whose details have been redacted prior to publication of this FoI response.

Response

There are five suspected offences at the crown office and an additional sixteen cases under investigation that may be forwarded to the crown office when investigations are completed.

The information on the listed individuals can be searched using the Register of Insolvencies (RoI) and the DAS register. Links to these registers can be found on the home page of the AiB website: https://www.aib.gov.uk.
